Have you ever wondered where the name of the company Aston Martin cars originated? With headquarters located in Warwickshire, England, Aston Martin Lagonda Limited of Luxury cars line met its name from a mountain climber named Aston Clinton and one of the founders of the company, Lionel Martin. The history of Aston Martin is quite intriguing, as he won the respect of being estimated glamorous automatic selection for the series of James Bond books and movies.

The first indication that the vehicle entered the 007 seventh novel, "Goldfinger" (1964), quickly followed by a presentation on the big screen in the film the same title. The history of Aston Martin

The Aston Martin car company was founded in 1913 with the help of Lionel Martin and Robert Bamford. It was not until 1936 that the company decided to produce cars that were suitable for the road.

World War II reduced crop yields, but in 1947, the company underwent another change in leadership. The cars now showed letters signed "DB", marking the initials of the managing director, David Brown. A series of DB series cars flourished, ranging from 1950 to DB2 DB V8 1970s. The V8 lasted until 1988 until the line was introduced Virage, followed by the Vantage in 1992.
